A new initiative in MicroStrategy for internal employees needed branding for their organization focused on inclusion, diversity, equality, and awareness. I was passionate to be able to deliver a branding to an organization that champions diversity. I was given a general color palette, and from there formed the 4 various tones that built the brand. I wanted the tones to match the brand red, but still be varied enough to invoke the thought of celebrating differences. I used shapes, patterns, and other visuals to ensure this still stood out from the overall MicroStrategy brand.
